How we work
The work does not stop at your job title.
A small team has fewer places to hide a bad assumption. You will work across product, systems and operations, with the authority—and responsibility—to improve the whole path.
Make the boundary explicit.
Commerce has intermediate states, failed dependencies and money on both sides of an operation. Name the uncertainty instead of hiding it behind a successful request.
Leave the seam inspectable.
Contracts, tools and decisions become easier to trust when other people can examine them. We publish the parts of the work that should be public.
